The location of the hotel is excellent, right next to restaurants and shopping in Coon Rapids. Our room was brand new, clean, and well-equipped with supplies from the housekeeper. I loved the fireplace and balcony in our room overlooking the dining area.

My queen room was reasonably large and cheap with thr fireplace. I had a safe, multi-channel TV and a microwave oven in it. Thanks to a good service I had a really really nice stay...

The rooms are large and brand new with a fireplace. Check-in is easy, and the location is peaceful and close to restaurants, shopping centers and Coon Rapids. There is a variety of food options nearby.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was close to restaurants and shopping. We were able to easily find great dining options nearby and also enjoyed being close to a mall. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The parking was convenient and there was no trouble finding a spot. The staff was friendly and professional, with the manager being one of the nicest managers we have ever encountered. The breakfast selection was impressive, with delicious waffles and fresh fruit available daily. we were highly satisfied with our experience.

Cleanliness of everything. Location was favorable also.

My reservation was made through the computer on September 18th and I recieved a confirmation number so I printed evrything out and when I arrived for my stay, they had no record of my registration. I showed her my paperwork and she said it wasn't there. I don't know how that could be but I had to go through the whole registration again. I was just glad that the hotel wasn't full. I also had to show here the price I was to pay as the new booking was higher. It made it for a very rushed night as we had plans for my son's wedding.

We enjoyed the quite nice rooms and location. Stayed @ a Motel 6 the previous evening and this was like a castle in comparison. This was our 1st experiance in an American inn typically we have chosen a Country inn and Suits, the American Inn is compairable et. Can see futuristically staying in an American Inn again.

Would like to see a smile @ Breakfast from the person setting up the Continental Breakfast.

The accessible room was fantastic, with well-thought-out facilities for disabled guests. The staff was polite and professional, and the location was convenient with nearby amenities. I had a great stay at this hotel and would recommend it.
